Service Operations Manager – HVAC Service Department

Austin started with CAE in the replacement department in 2003. His knowledge and technical skills enabled him to move into service, where he excelled in residential and commercial equipment. Austin then helped establish the building automation division in 2008. He has Tridium A.X. and N4 certifications and Carrier CS and I.S. certifications and was promoted to the building automation manager position in 2013.
